Our FOUR step process is key to a Successful outcome.
1. DISCOVER
Discovery stage to understand your requirements and build a comprehensive list of items to be quoted.
2. ACCEPT
3. DELIVER
4. ASSEMBLE
A quote will be generated based on the list of items generated in the discovery stage.
Kitset and/or materials based on the accepted quote will be imported and delivered to site.
Design & materials are sorted, now it's your turn to co-ordinate the assembly.

Why Choose Us : Our Story
In the early months of 2024, we were approached by an acquaintance who expressed her feelings of distress after having to decline numerous applications from families queuing up for a rental property she had recently listed. She conveyed the emotional toll it took to hear their stories, many of which highlighted the difficulties they faced in securing housing. Many applicants lamented that landlords were unwilling to take a chance on them, resulting in some having to resort to emergency accommodations or even living in their vehicles. She was deeply troubled by the apparent inaction regarding the pressing issue of affordable housing.
By mid-2024, we were once again approached by the same individual, who asked whether we might consider exploring the feasibility of importing cabins—specifically, cabins that could be transformed into family homes. The vision was clear: if we could facilitate access to housing, it might help alleviate the increasingly pressing issue of homelessness, particularly for individuals with vulnerable dependents. This initiative set us on a path of exploration, as we delved into various options, considering factors such as manoeuvrability, transportability, quality, comfort, space, and, importantly, affordability.
The situation became increasingly urgent when we were approached by a family member seeking assistance in securing a home for her expanding family. This request resonated deeply with us, transforming the issue into a personal matter. Initially, we viewed this endeavor as a casual side project; however, we soon recognized that offering accessible housing solutions to everyday New Zealanders facing various challenges could significantly enhance not only individual well-being but also contribute positively to the broader community. It was from this desire to contribute to our communities and make a difference in peoples lives that 'Roomy Homes' was established.
